**Return Policy**

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Chocozile.

 

Due to the nature of our edible products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement if applicable.

Please note:  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.  
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
